Let me know what you think

I have some new Websites and I would like some feedback on them and what I might do on improvements.  Would someone with web experience look at them and let me know what I am doing wrong.  I would also like input about my Blog.  I am new to all of this so any one wanting to help please let me know.  I also need to know the best way of advertising for the best results.  Please check out these websites:
